Logo Design Dilemma 2
“It’s not a dilemma anymore..”
Today, for some reason, I ended up going back and looking at some of my previous blogs. I like to go back and read them sometimes just to make myself remember that even if I am dealing with something that is frustrating at the time, I always end up getting through it. That’s when I ran across the blog I wrote titled “logo design dilemma.” Back when I wrote it, I told myself that I must write after I was able to figure it out and I hadn’t done that yet. So here goes..
If you would like to read the blog, please feel free. As a matter of fact i’ll make it easy for you. If you would like to read it then go ahead and click here, and if you would rather not I’ll sum it up for you!!
I was having problems finding a logo for my photography business so I asked a few friends and family. One of them referred me to a website called http://pixellogo.com. I went there and found a logo that I thought would work great so I wrote a post asking people’s opinions. I got a few replies from bloggers who said they liked the logo and they thought it would fit my business great, and I appreciated their comments very much. However, I got one comment that really made me think that maybe I should look again. So even though I had chosen a logo already, I opted to go back and take a second look. I’m sure glad I did. I ended up choosing a different logo and I truly believe that I made the right choice. If you click here, you can see the logo that I chose!! I realized that it would fit me better for two reasons.
1. My favorite color is blue
2. I’ve always been told by people that see my photos that “I have a good eye for photography.”
Does that seem weird to you that I would choose a log because of the color??
It has worked great so far and for that I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who was kind enough to give me their opinions. I really appreciate it. It really did help!!

It looks a bit too “photorealistic” for a logo. A good logo is one which can be reproduced on all surfaces and media, and looks equally good in color or black and white. Though i could be wrong, but that particular design doesnt seem like that it could be reproduced in black and white.
